Espresso Martini
I've been going to Rosewater for years! One of the best hidden gems in clear lake/webster area. The espresso martini is the drink I always end the night with after trying a new drink off of their seasonal menu. Best drinks in town
Hellflower
I love this spicy but summery tequila cocktail but also love the espresso martinis! Best in the area by far. This is a weekly must for us! I also enjoy the Brie toastie, falafel plate, roasted cauliflower, patty melt... we try something different every time and have not been disappointed yet! :)
Hummus Plate
My coworkers and I like to go here pretty often for happy hour. The staff is super cool, which matches the esthetic. The indoor split sides plus outdoor seating provides plenty of seating. Every bartender can make stellar cocktails and the kitchen staff knows how to make the best food to pair! The spicy hummus and lamb tacos are my two personal favorites. Full of flavor!
Falafel Bites
My favorite thing on the menu! I order a small cucumber tomato salad with it and mix it all up as a yummy salad.
Juicy Goth
How does one describe the best cocktail that has ever touched their lips. It's like a walk through a garden of fresh melons on a summer day with a hint of spice in the air, making you question every drink you have ever said was your favorite before. If you don't try it, you will have missed out on one of the greats if not the best of all time.
Not exactly a smash but kind of a smash burger
The burger was well made and put together. It doesn't rely on a bunch of special toppings, it just relies on the basics and good quality. From the potato bun to the quality of the beef and aioli, all the components of the burger compliment each other. Fat, acidity, sweetness, it's got it all.

While the cocktail game at Rosewater is the star, their burger is an excellent co-star. I personally think the burger is the best within the local area and you will not regret ordering it. I also highly recommend it with one of their many old fashioned cocktails.
